YOUTH RESILIENCE

What is Youth Resilience?

Resilience is the capacity to withstand or recover quickly from challenges, change, illness or difficult circumstances.  Youth Resilience has never been more important and can be supported by parents, caregivers, and local professionals, all working together to build every child's resilience. Learn more here about skills and resources to support the children in your life.

The RMPBS KIDS Youth Resilience project launched from an award-winning PSA in 2020. Learn more here.

RMPBS KIDS has also developed a Youth Resilience Social Media Toolkit for community partners. If you would like to access the toolkit, please fill out this form to receive the toolkit via email.
